Proper packaging is critical — a damaged module that arrives broken cannot always be repaired. Here’s how to do it right:

  2. Wrap the module in anti-static bubble wrap or foam padding. Never use packing peanuts directly on electronics.
  3. Place it in a rigid box with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides.
  4. Include a note with: Your name, phone, email, vehicle year/make/model, problem description or fault codes.
  5. Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. Add insurance for modules valued over $100.
  6. Email us your tracking number so we can watch for your package.
