What the Warranty Covers

- Programming errors in VIN coding or calibration we completed

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- New or unrelated failures — different fault codes, different systems
- Physical damage caused after return (impact, flooding, incorrect installation)
- Damage caused by other failed vehicle components (e.g., a shorted harness that re-damages the module)
- Modifications made to the module after it leaves our facility
Warranty Period
The 6-month warranty begins on the date your repaired module ships back to you. You’ll find this date on your repair receipt and shipment confirmation email.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

If we receive your module and determine it cannot be repaired — or if our repair does not resolve the original fault after a second attempt — we will:
- Return your module at no charge via free return shipping
- Issue a full refund of all repair fees paid
- No restocking fees, no diagnostic charges, no deductions
The money-back guarantee applies when we cannot fix the original fault. It does not apply to modules that were damaged during inbound shipping due to improper packaging, or to situations where the module was repaired successfully but a separate vehicle issue caused a new failure.

Your 6-month warranty begins on the date your repaired module ships back to you — not the date you install it. You’ll find the warranty start date on your repair receipt and your shipment notification email.
What if the same fault comes back within 6 months?
Contact us immediately. We’ll confirm coverage, issue a prepaid return shipping label, repair the module at no charge, and return it free. The process is simple and we don’t make you fight for it.
Does the warranty cover shipping costs for warranty repairs?
Yes. If your repair fails within the warranty period, we cover return shipping both directions — to us and back to you. There is no cost to you for a valid warranty repair.
What if I install the module incorrectly and damage it?
Physical damage caused after return — from incorrect installation, impact, or flooding — is not covered by the warranty. If you’re unsure how to reinstall your module, we’re happy to walk you through it before you attempt it.
Is the money-back guarantee really no-questions-asked?
If we cannot fix the original fault, the refund is automatic — no forms, no waiting period, no deductions. The only situations not covered are inbound shipping damage from improper packaging and new faults unrelated to our original repair.
